Open Question: Risk it all & move to LA to pursue career?

I'm looking for advice.... Okay so I'm just looking ahead. I'm 13 & i live in reno, nevada. After college i really just want to move to La and see what happens. My goal is to be either an author, actress, or comedian. Or even all 3. Everyone tells me all the time I'm super funny and should do stand-up and I get a lot of compliments on my looks, I heard that helps with getting jobs in major cities.
